• Amazon was named the world’s most valuable brand for the third year in a row. Brand Finance announced the top 500 global brands at the World Economic Forum in Davos last week. Amazon reached a $220.8 billion valuation, growing 18% in 2019.
  • FedEx vows to bounce back after a disappointing 2019. The founder and CEO of FedEx said that in the next two to three years FedEx will pass UPS in revenue and will reinstate itself as the fastest and most cost-efficient ground courier. Its plan is to be the anti-Amazon ally for big-box retailers.
