Loose Threads Membership is $950 a year for Core, $3,000 for Plus, $7,000 for Team, or $45,000 for Premier. You can cancel anytime. Check here for more details on individual memberships.

Loose Threads Espresso subscribers get one newsletter each week, which features:

If you subscribe to Loose Threads Espresso annually and want to upgrade to Loose Threads Membership, we will credit the remaining months on your Espresso subscription towards your Loose Threads Membership. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade since this is currently a manual process.

We accept payment via credit card, which you can enter yourself above, or by check, bank wire or ACH if you prefer. Contact us if you would like to pay not using a credit card.

We made Loose Threads Espresso as affordable as possible for students and professionals. We currently do not offer student discounts.

We want all of our members to be beyond satisfied with their membership. If, for some reason, you want a refund, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. All refunds are subject to our Terms of Service.

Membership Account

Click here to log in. Then, either:

  1. Enter your email. This will send a link to your inbox, which will automatically log you into the site and open a new tab for Loose Threads. We highly recommend using this option, which does not require you to remember a password.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Log in using a social account.

If using a corporate email address, please contact your IT department to whitelist the Loose Threads domain.

To view your invoice:

  1. Click here to log in.
  2. In the navigation bar, click “My Account.”
  3. Click “My Account” when it appears in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click “Orders” on the dashboard on the left side of your screen.
  5. Go to the order you would like an invoice for and click “View.” This will generate your invoice.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time and we will prorate your plan accordingly. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade.

If you need to change your payment method, you can update your credit card information by following these steps:

  1. Click here to log in.
  2. In the top yellow bar, click “My Account.”
  3. Click “My Account” when it appears in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click “Subscriptions” on the left side of your screen.
  5. Under “Actions,” click “Change payment” and enter your new information.

If you aren’t satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel it on your own by:

  1. Click here to log in.
  2. In the top yellow bar, click “My Account.”
  3. Click “My Account” when it appears in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click “Subscriptions” on the left side of your screen.
  5. Under “Actions,” click “Cancel.”

You will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.

You can also email us and we will cancel it on your behalf.

About the Free Trial

We offer 30-day free trials for our Core and Plus plans. You can sign up below, which will ask you to make an account, password and enter your payment information. All free trials are subject to our terms and conditions.

Free trials give you access to two select reports from our archive as well as the next four weeks worth of reports.

The trial costs nothing for its 30 day duration. After 30 days, if you do not cancel, you will be converted to a monthly membership and charged for your first billing cycle.

If you aren’t satisfied with your trial membership, you can cancel on your own by:

  3. Click on your active subscription
  4. Click “Cancel”

You can also contact us and we will cancel it on your behalf.

If you complete a trial and forget to cancel your membership within the first 7 days, we will offer a refund and cancel your membership.
